Convert Layout Files from Cortex XSOAR 5.5

Prior to Cortex XSOAR 6.0, each incident layout tab, when exported, was a separate file. From Cortex 6.0 and later, all incident layout tabs can be exported as a single file containing the complete incident layout.

Note: For the layout to be associated with incident/indicator type, the layout ID should be populated in the layout attribute in the incident/indicator type JSON file.
