BruteForceBlocker Feed

Supported versions

Supported Cortex XSOAR versions: 5.5.0 and later.

BruteForceBlocker is a Perl script that works with pf โ€“ firewall developed by the OpenBSD team, and is also available on FreeBSD from version 5.2. From BruteForceBlocker version 1.2 it is also possible to report blocked IP addresses to the project site and share your information with other users.

Configure BruteForceBlocker Feed on Cortex XSOAR#

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Servers & Services.

  2. Search for BruteForceBlocker Feed.

  3. Click Add instance to create and configure a new integration instance.

  4. Click Test to validate the URLs, token, and connection.

Commands#

You can execute these commands from the Cortex XSOAR CLI, as part of an automation, or in a playbook. After you successfully execute a command, a DBot message appears in the War Room with the command details.
